EQUIPMENT:
Equipment and systems covered by this certificate are as follows:

The CSO Monitor is an ultrasonic level monitor device designed to measure the level of liquids in open or closed vessels in hazardous environments. The equipment comprises an ultrasonic transducer, an interface board and a cable for connection to external equipment. All of the component parts are completely encapsulated inside a plastic enclosure.

The equipment has the following electrical input parameters:
Ui = 30 VIi = 400 mAPi = 0.66 WCi = 0Li = 0

CONDITIONS OF CERTIFICATION: YES as shown below:

1.

Under certain extreme circumstances, the non-metallic parts incorporated in the enclosure of this equipment may generate an ignition-capable level of electrostatic charge. Therefore particularly when it is used for applications that specifically require group II, zone 0 located equipment, the equipment shall not be installed in a location where the external conditions are conducive to the build-up of electrostatic charge on such surfaces. Additionally, the equipment shall only be cleaned with a damp cloth.
