The Analogue Output Pressure Sensors, Types SPT660-5271 (5000 psi and 10000 psi ranges) and SPT660-5337 (10000 psi ranges), are self contained pressure transducer assemblies that are designed to be located on a rig standpipe. They comprise two printed circuit boards (PCBs) and a strain gauge module all located and encapsulated in a mainly stainless steel enclosure, with some alloy (inconel) parts, that affords a degree of ingress protection of at least IP54. A multipin connector provides the connection facilities for the external circuits. The differences between the SPT660-5271 and the SPT660-5337 sensors are in the threaded fittings, in addition, the SPT660-5337 is only produced as a 10000 psi sensor.
