The Model 2051 Series Pressure Transmitter is designed to convert process pressure measurements into a 4-20mA HART or Foundation Fieldbus / FISCO output signal. The transmitter contains a number of printed circuit boards consisting of an appropriate terminal block, one or two output boards and an optional LCD module housed within an epoxy-polyester or polyurethane coated aluminium or stainless steel dual-compartment housing. The housing is fitted with a threaded cover containing a glass window for the optional display on one side and a solid threaded cover for the terminal block side. If the display is not fitted, a solid threaded cover is fitted in place of the cover with the glass window.External electrical connections are made to the terminal block via threaded entry points on the side of the enclosure. A connector in the bottom of the housing enables the transmitter to be connected to a Model 2051C/L or Model 2051T pressure sensor module. The Model 2051C/L is a coplanar type module using a capacitive sensor cell with dual diaphragms at the process connection and the Model 2051T is an inline type module using a piezo-resistive sensor cell with a single diaphragm.Ui = 42.4V max
Variation 2.1This issue of the certificate permits the use of alternative Microboard, terminal block and LCD display/interface module designs and minor drawing changes that do not affect the original assessment.
