As this is a Unit Verification Certificate, no QAR is applicable as this certificate is specific to the items listed by serial number or other unique identification.
Command actuators series M-0603, M-0604 and M-0605 for Ex e housing are used as external devices that passing through enclosure wall, which must have a hole of diameter 32mm and thickness between 1mm and 10mm. With these conditions the operators have a protection degree IP66.
The actuators are essentially made by an axial shaft which is mounted in a body. This assembly is then mounted and mechanically locked by ring nut in an adequate centre (diameter 32mm with tolerances +0.00mm, +0.10mm).
Push button and emergency maintained push button have axial motion. Maintained push button have an axial motion when push-it, then lock. For unlock must rotate clockwise and it returns automatically in original position. Selector have a rotary motion so to provide closing or opening of various electrical or mechanical devices mounted internally on enclosures.

- Rated service temperature range: from -40°C to +90°C.
- The command actuators must be assembled on the cover or walls of metallic and/or plasticenclosures, IECEx certified, for group IIC, with increased safety type of protection (Ex“e”) and group III (dust) with suitable degree of protection IP.
- Command actuators shall be mounted on the enclosure with thickness from 1mm to 10mm and a hole of diameter 32mm with tolerances +0 mm / +0,10 mm.
- When the component are installed on to the electrical apparatus, care must be taken that the temperatures at the mounting place are within the service temperature range.
- The safety instruction provided by Manufacturer shall be strictly respected.
