EQUIPMENT:
Equipment and systems covered by this certificate are as follows:
 

The T206 Potash Monitor is designed to measure and display the level of radiation detected by an external probe containing a Geiger Muller tube.

The Monitor contains an encapsulated signal Interface Module, Processor/Display PCB and replaceable battery, housed in a hand held moulded plastic case. The battery compartment is secured with a special fastener and the battery must only be changed in the non hazardous area; a suitable warning is moulded into the battery cover. The battery is connected using an industry standard connector. The external probe contains an encapsulated HT Module and a Geiger Muller tube. The maximum length of the cable connected to the probe is 35 metres.

On the rear of the main enclosure is an integral IP65 connector for connection to the external probe.
