EQUIPMENT:
Equipment and systems covered by this certificate are as follows:
 

The Non Contact Safety Interlock Switches consist of up to 3 reed switches fully encapsulated within  a variety of stainless steel housing and protected by an internal fuse. The following models (CM1-Ex 901‑‑‑, CM2-Ex 902‑‑‑, CM3-Ex 903‑‑‑, LM-Ex 904‑‑‑, RM-Ex 905‑‑‑, WM2‑Ex 9002--) are coded:

Ex mb IIC T6 Gb  Ex mb IIIC T80°C Db

Model WM1-Ex 9001‑‑ is coded:

Ex ma IIC T6 Ga  Ex ma IIIC T80°C Da

All models are rated for a supply of up to 230V ac or 24V dc with a current of up to 2A for normally closed contacts, depending on model, and 200mA for normally open contacts

 
CONDITIONS OF CERTIFICATION: YES as shown below:
 
1. The supply must include a fuse capable of interrupting a 1500A short circuit current

2. When rated at 2A the switches are suitable for use in an ambient temperature range of -20°C to +60°C.

3. When rated at 1A or lower the switches are suitable for use in an ambient temperature range of -20°C to +80°C.
