EQUIPMENT:
Equipment and systems covered by this certificate are as follows:

The Cryogenic Linear Leak Detector is designed to detect rapid changes in temperature along the length of a sensing cable and provides volt-free relay contacts and opto-isolator collector-emitter to indicate alarm and fault conditions respectively.

The equipment comprises of a plastic enclosure measuring 130mm x 130mm x 75mm containing a single PCB with 4 LED indicators on the top face indicating Power, Fault, Alarm and Setup. One detection cable can be connected into each unit.

The external power; detection cable; volt-free relay contacts; and opto-isolator volt-free collector-emitter connections are connected to using 2-way; 4-way; 3-way and 2-way screw terminals mounted on the PCB, with the cables passing through suitable cable glands. The detection cable is terminated with an End-Of-Line unit consisting of two pairs of screw terminals with a loop-back link on each pair.

CONDITIONS OF CERTIFICATION: YES as shown below:

1. All cable wiring brought into the unit must have a minimum radial insulation thickness of 0.5mm. This may be achieved by the addition of additional sleeving if required.
