The Vantage Beacon comprises a cylindrical housing of non metallic material, with a glass dome cemented into a recess at one end and an aluminium threaded disk at the other. An increased safety terminal enclosure manufactured from the same non-metallic material is bolted to the base of the main housing. A cable feed through is threaded into the aluminium base for the supply cables.
