This certificate is issued as verification that a sample(s), representative of production, was assessed and tested and found to comply with the IEC Standard list below and that the manufacturer's quality system, relating to the Ex products covered by this certificate, was assessed and found to comply with the IECEx Quality system requirements. This certificate is granted subject to the conditions as set out in IECEx Scheme Rules, IECEx 02 and Operational Documents as amended.

STANDARDS:
The electrical apparatus and any acceptable variations to it specified in the schedule of this certificate and the identified documents, was found to comply with the following standards:

IEC 60079-0 : 2011
Edition: 6.0
Explosive atmospheres - Part 0: General requirements
IEC 60079-11 : 2011
Edition: 6.0
Explosive atmospheres - Part 11: Equipment protection by intrinsic safety "i"

This Certificate does not indicate compliance with electrical safety and performance requirements other than those expressly included in the Standards listed above.

Schedule

EQUIPMENT:
Equipment and systems covered by this certificate are as follows:

The TraceTek Discrete Fuel Sensor (TT-FFS) is a fast acting probe designed to detect hydrocarbon fuel floating on water, spreading on a flat surface or collecting in a sump. The probe ignores water but detects a thin film floating on the surface. The probe is available in two lengths for fixed position installations and can be fitted on to a float assembly if the water level is unpredictable.

The TT-FFS is mounted within an orange tubular enclosure; slots in the side of the enclosure allow the passage of the monitored medium to the sensing element. A short integral cable connects the equipment to the monitoring circuitry.

Input Parameters
Ui = 15V (IIC) or 28V (IIA)
Ii = 300mA
Pi = 1.125W
Ci = 0.24μF
Li = 0

CONDITIONS OF CERTIFICATION: YES as shown below:

1. The enclosure poses a potential electrostatic hazard, clean only with a damp cloth

2. The equipment may not be able to withstand a 500V isolation test between the circuitry and the
    monitored medium; this should be taken into account during installation.
