Description of equipment
BAD61-125 explosion-proof light fitting is intended for the use in explosive gas atmospheres as well as for the use in the presence of dust. The enclosure material is aluminium alloy. The glass cover is toughened glass. It is used for metal halide lamp, high pressure sodium lamp and high pressure mercury lamp. It includes a terminal compartment, a light source compartment, a capacitor compartment and an optional trigger compartment. All of these four compartment is designed in type of protection flameproof enclosure “d” .Only the light source is metal halide lamp or high pressure sodium lamp, the trigger is provided. In the high pressure mercury lamp version, the lamp source compartment is provided with one M20 internal thread to accommodate a compensation capacitor. In the metal halide lamp or high pressure sodium lamp version, the lamp source compartment is provided with two M20 internal threads to accommodate a compensation capacitor and a trigger.
