As this is a Unit Verification Certificate, no QAR is applicable as this certificate is specific to the items listed by serial number or other unique identification.
1. The safety device must be installed in a controlled environment with a pollution level limited to pollution degree 2 (or better) or be installed within an enclosure providing a degree of protection of at least IP54 according to IEC 60529 & IEC 60079-0; provision shall be made to ensure that the non-hazardous area connections are limited to overvoltage category II as defined in IEC 60664-1.
Variation 4.1To permit the following changes:- a new schematic and PCB layout (output parameters have been updated accordingly)- an increase of the maximum ambient to +70°C- minor changes to the transformer- assessment of the PCB against IEC 60079-11 Annex F. A related specifc condition of use now applies.
