As this is a Unit Verification Certificate, no QAR is applicable as this certificate is specific to the items listed by serial number or other unique identification.
The Scancon Blind Plugs are blanking elements available in thread sizes M20 x 1.5, and M25 x 1.5, and manufactured from stainless steel. They are to be fully tightened into threaded holes on thick-walled flameproof and dust protected enclosures to form a threaded joint such that minimum thread engagement requirements are met.
Change of address from "Tranevang 1, 3450 Alleroed, Denmark" to "Huginsvej 8, DK-3400, Hilleroed, Denmark". The blind plugs are small and the Scancon name is marked on the equipment but not the postal address, as permitted and in compliance with IEC 60079-0 Edition 6.0. The address on the Installation, Operation and Maintenance Instructions has been updated. Minor clarifications within certificate have been made by Intertek.
